2. Booking and seat confirmation
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
- A seat is confirmed only after successful payment (or written confirmation from us if an alternative invoicing arrangement is agreed).
- You must provide accurate contact and billing details.
3. Price, VAT, and invoices
- The price is shown on the website and is typically listed as "excluding VAT" unless stated otherwise.
- VAT is applied where required based on your billing information and applicable rules.
- Invoices are available for every booking and are sent by email.
- If you are booking as a business and provide a valid VAT ID, VAT handling (including reverse-charge where applicable) will be reflected on the invoice.
4. What's included
Unless otherwise stated on the website, your booking includes admission to the scheduled Workshop and on-site facilitation. Travel, accommodation, and any optional third-party tool subscriptions are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Changes to content, agenda, location, or dates
We may make reasonable changes to the Workshop agenda, content, speakers, venue, or schedule for operational reasons. If we make a material change (for example, changing the date or city), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide reasonable options.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website. That policy forms part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy controls for refund matters.
7. Substitutions (transferring a seat)
You may transfer your seat to another person by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the Workshop starts. The replacement participant must meet any stated prerequisites and follow these Terms.
8. Participant conduct
You agree to behave respectfully toward other participants and staff, and to follow venue rules and reasonable instructions. We may refuse admission or remove a participant for serious misconduct or disruption. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled in line with applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
- All Workshop materials we provide (slides, templates, handouts, and frameworks) remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or internal business use.
- You may not reproduce, resell, publish, or distribute Workshop materials publicly without our written permission.
- You retain ownership of your own pre-existing materials and anything you create during the Workshop.
10. Confidentiality
The Workshop may include discussion of participant projects. You agree not to share another participant's confidential information without their permission.
11. Photos, video, and recordings
- We may take photos or short videos during the Workshop for marketing and documentation.
- We will provide a practical opt-out method on the day (for example, by notice or a marker) for participants who do not wish to appear.
- Participants may not record other participants without their consent.
12. Disclaimers
The Workshop is educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or business results. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including compliance with any laws, regulations, or third-party terms.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (for example, lost profits or loss of opportunity).
- Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Workshop seat.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, intent or gross negligence).
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example: natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, or venue closures). If force majeure materially affects delivery, we will offer reasonable alternatives.
15. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy published on the website.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
